Members of the press can be accredited at the on-site media registration area at the event's venue. A government issued photo ID must be presented to receive a badge and badge holder.
Qualifications of all media outlets will be determined by the RESPAWN media registration staff. Employees of media outlets who do not work in an editorial capacity will not qualify for a media badge including: Art Directors, District Managers, Graphic Designers, Publishers, Managers, Marketing, PR, Sales, and Senior Level Managerial staff. Working journalists that fall under one of the below categories may register for a media badge:
Print Media (Newspapers, Magazines, Newsletters, etc.): A bylined article from your publication written by you and published within the past three months (the copy must clearly show the name of your publication and your byline). For onsite registration please bring at least one complete issue, published within the past three months.
Freelance Journalists: A bylined interactive entertainment industry-related article from your publication written by you and published within the past three months (the copy must clearly show the name of the publication and your byline).
Online Reporters: URLs to your articles with your name and title appearing in an editorial capacity. Your articles must have been published within the past three months.
Broadcast Journalists and Photographers: A letter from a producer/editor (on company letterhead) stating that you are covering RESPAWN on assignment.
